COMING JANUARY 2027: Important Update to Service Request Submissions & Tracking
A Simpler Way to Submit & Track Service Requests
Over the past 18 months, we have introduced several platform-based Service Requests, such as One Time Distribution, as a faster, easier alternative to Support Center forms. The results are clear: advisors using these additional request types experience fewer issues and faster completion times.
Based on these results, we are expanding Service Requests to replace all Support Center forms. You can access these in the Service Center ➜ Additional Request Types or directly from your client’s account.
Benefits include:
-
Real-time status tracking without calling or emailing for updates.
-
A complete history of requests within the household, client, or account record.
-
One centralized experience for submitting and managing requests.
-
Guided workflows that reduce delays and not in good order issues.
-
A foundation for faster processing as we continue expanding integrations and automation.
This transition will occur over the next several months. Both Support Center forms and Service Requests will be accepted during this period, giving your team time to become comfortable with the new process.
Beginning January 1, 2027, Support Center forms will no longer be accepted when a corresponding Service Request is available. We encourage you and your team to begin using these additional Service Requests now, so your team is ready before the year-end cutoff.
To support the transition, later this month we will provide guidance showing which Service Request replaces each existing Support Center form, along with on screen tips. If your team needs assistance, contact us to schedule a guided screenshare.
Our goal is simple: make it easier to submit requests, monitor progress, and get business done – all within one platform.
Thank you for your partnership!
